Lantern Reels
Remember the scene. Keep its pieces together.
A fox lifts a lantern. A hare offers a rose. When the curtain closes, familiar details begin to mingle. Rebuild the scenes you really saw by binding actor, action and prop—or remember which emblem-marked camera witnessed each scene too.
- 01The splice
- 02The witness
Made for a proper session.
- 24 reels across four illustrated theatres, each introducing new connections to remember
- Animated animal puppets perform five distinct actions with six hand-illustrated props
- The splice asks for actor + action + prop; The witness also binds each scene to a recording-camera emblem
- Three difficulties: 3, 4 or 5 complete scenes per reel; restore them in any order
- Later theatres reuse props and actors across scenes, making familiar but false combinations more tempting
- Self-paced initial study, explicit curtain close, and up to three optional study reviews reflected in the score
- A short guided rehearsal, English and Simplified Chinese, touch and keyboard controls, adjustable music and still view
- Replay-validated saved progress and complete-screening records compared at matching settings
Personal play records compare matching settings. Different screenings contain different scenes.
