Information we use
Account information includes your name, username, email address, verification status and the information needed to keep your account secure. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies the identity details needed for that sign-in, such as your Google account identifier, name, email and profile image where supplied. We do not receive your Google password.
Purchase records include the game, currency, amount, payment provider, order or transaction references, payment status and the checkout email needed to match a verified purchase to your account. PayPal, Stripe and Ko-fi process payments; MediPixo does not collect or store your full card number or card security code.
For purchased games, we store saved checkpoints, completed session results and relevant play settings so you can resume and compare your own records. Scores and timings describe this game; they are not diagnoses, medical records or proof of health improvement.
Why we use it
We use these details to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, recover access, verify purchases, provide your game library, save your play, respond to support requests and prevent misuse. Necessary account and service emails are separate from promotional marketing.
If you submit a contact enquiry or partner application, we use the information you provide to review it and respond. Do not send patient records, diagnoses, children's personal details, passwords or payment card details through these forms.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary secure cookies keep you signed in. Language, sound, colour and similar preferences may be saved in your browser. Free demos do not upload play results to your member account.
If you explicitly open a partner referral link, its code may be stored in the current browser tab using session storage. The site checks a maximum 30-day expiry; the code may disappear sooner when the tab session ends or browser storage is cleared. Use the visible clear-referral control to remove an unconfirmed code. There is no anonymous referral-tracking cookie or advertising tracker in this site release.
A referral is only linked to a verified member's purchase flow when the server validates it before checkout. The server uses a 30-day purchase window from the qualified checkout. A browser code by itself is not payment proof or a guarantee of partner commission.
Partner information
Partner applications may include your professional role, organisation, country, proposed audience and sharing plan. Approved partners have a unique link and can see their own programme status, agreed rate, eligible commission totals and payout records.
We do not show partners buyers' names, email addresses, diagnoses, game progress or individual performance records. Referral and commission records are used to administer the programme and reconcile eligible orders. Healthcare roles and patient-related arrangements require separate professional review; applying does not make you automatically eligible for paid referrals.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security checks and database services. Google provides optional sign-in. Resend supports service email delivery. Ko-fi and its connected PayPal or Stripe service handle checkout and payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.
The MediPixo team can access information needed to operate the service and respond to enquiries. Submitted applications and enquiries can generate internal team email notifications. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. We do not sell member play records to partners.
Retention and your choices
We keep account, purchase, progress and support information while needed to provide the service, resolve issues, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal requirements. Some transaction or audit records may need to remain after an account is closed. We do not promise a fixed retention period that overrides those requirements.
You can contact enquiry@medipixo.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about closing your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Account deletion is handled by the team; there is no instant self-service deletion in this release. We will explain when a record must be retained.
Accounts and purchases are managed by adults. Parents or guardians should supervise children and use the adult's account details rather than a child's identifying or health information.

MediPixo is the service name used on this website. Send privacy questions to enquiry@medipixo.com. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Check the relevant provider's notice when you choose to use an external service.
