Games and their purpose
MediPixo provides recreational games and relaxation activities. Each product page describes what is included and its current availability. Signal / Noise is the first paid game; a planned collection is not included in that purchase and is not available merely because it appears on the site.
Games are not offered as a diagnosis, treatment or prevention for autism, ADHD, Alzheimer's disease, depression, anxiety, insomnia or any other medical condition. Clinical effectiveness has not been established for these games. Do not use game scores as medical assessments or a reason to stop professional care.
Accounts and safe use
Adults must manage accounts and purchases. If children play, a parent or guardian must supervise and select appropriate activities. Avoid entering a child's identity or health information. Take breaks and stop if a game causes discomfort.
Use accurate account details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You may sign in with supported Google sign-in or the site's account form. Google sign-in does not give MediPixo your Google password.
Purchasing and access
The standard one-time price is US$8.99 per game for one verified member account. Review the actual checkout total, currency and any applicable tax or provider charges before confirming payment. Only purchase games that the member checkout currently offers.
Sign in and verify your email before buying. Use exactly the same email at Ko-fi checkout as in your verified MediPixo account. The server verifies a completed eligible payment before adding the game to My Games. Opening checkout, returning from PayPal or clicking refresh is not itself a completed payment.
Purchased access is a personal, non-transferable licence to play the specified game through MediPixo. It does not transfer ownership of the software or permit resale, account sharing, redistribution or bypassing access checks. An internet connection and a supported modern browser are needed for protected play and account saves; this is not an offline download licence.
Saved play and availability
Where supported, your account stores an unfinished session and completed records. Follow the in-game save and conflict prompts, and allow a save to finish before closing. Results compare game sessions with matching settings; improvement in a game is not proof of a clinical benefit.
We may maintain or update the service and correct faults. Access can be affected by connectivity, service interruptions or misuse. If you paid and cannot access your game, use the contact page with your order reference. Do not make another payment to try to fix access.
Partner programme
Applications are reviewed before activation. Approved partners receive a unique MediPixo link and can view their own activity and commission records. The standard commission is 50% of the eligible base game price, excluding tax, tips and other extras. Amounts are rounded to the nearest US cent, with half a cent rounded up: 50% of US$8.99 is US$4.50. Any individually agreed exception is recorded in the approved partner terms shown to that partner.
An eligible referral must be a valid approved code recorded by MediPixo before checkout for a signed-in, verified member. The first qualified referral is used, with a 30-day purchase window starting when the qualified checkout is recorded. A later code or return link cannot retrospectively change an existing purchase. Self-referrals, repeat purchases of an already owned game, cancelled, refunded or reversed payments and abusive or misleading activity are ineligible.
Monetary eligibility depends on owner approval and applicable rules. Patient referrals by healthcare professionals are not automatically eligible for commission; professional arrangements require separate review, and non-commission professional links can be used instead. Partners must disclose commercial interests clearly and must not claim that the games diagnose or treat a condition.
Commission stays subject to order checks and the configured review period, which defaults to 30 days. Payouts require owner review and are made separately through an agreed external method. The portal records payout status and references; it does not itself transfer funds. Refunds or reversals can cancel unpaid commission or require an adjustment to a later balance. A click, application, unverified order or displayed provisional total does not guarantee payment.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false applications, impersonate another person, scrape private account data, interfere with security or generate artificial purchases or referrals. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or private patient information through support or partner forms. We may restrict activity that threatens users or the service, while considering legitimate account and purchase queries.
Support, refunds and changes
Read the refund-help page for access, payment-email and duplicate-charge issues. Actual refunds are handled by the creator through Ko-fi or the payment provider and then reconciled with game access. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law gives you.
MediPixo is the service name on this website. Contact enquiry@medipixo.com about these terms. Updates will be published here; a material change to a purchase or partner arrangement will be handled with the relevant notice and any rights required by applicable law.
